The Litigation Advisor header information should match the matter information on the LSS site exactly, character for character.

Division Name: Must be populated with the Division on the LSS site using the DivisionName extended field.

Division Office: Must be populated with the Division Office on the LSS site using the DivisionOffice extended field.

Law Firm Name: Pulls from your eBillingHub Profile by default. This value needs to match the Firm on the LSS site. If you need to override this, use the LawFirmName extended field.

Location: Pulls from your eBillingHub Law Firm Profile by default (City, State). This value needs to match the Office on the LSS site. If you need to override this, use the Location extended field.

Client Matter Name: Must be populated with the Matter Name on the LSS site with the ClientMatterName extended field.

Claim Number: Must be populated with the ClaimNumber on the LSS site with the ClaimNumber extended field.

Invoice Date: Pulls from the time and billing system by default.

Invoice Number: Pulls from the time and billing system by default.

Claim Rep Name: Must be populated with the Claim Handler on the LSS site with the ClaimRepName extended field.

Total of Fees: Pulls from the time and billing system by default.

Total of Expenses: Pulls from the time and billing system by default.

Invoice Total: Pulls from the time and billing system by default.

Invoice Sequence: If the InvoiceSequence extended field is NOT mapped with any value, it will populate in this order. First, it would auto populate with ‘Interim’. Then, if the invoice has a Y in the FinalBill option (Advanced Editor), it will show as ‘Final’. Finally, if the invoice does not have a MatterReferenceId or has N/A in the field, it will show as ‘Initial’.

Matter Reference ID: Must be populated with the Case Level Id on the LSS site with the MatterReferenceId extended field
